Jonas Brothers Tickets Nashville January 4, 2008

The Jonas Brothers are returning to Nashville on Jan. 4 to play a surprisingly small venue: the Ryman Auditorium. Tickets will be scarce, but available through this website.

Joe and Nick Jonas told The Tennessean that the band is aiming for a casual, "unplugged" kind of show at the Ryman, similar to its recent last-minute concert in Los Angeles after the American Music Awards.

"The show was amazing," Joe Jonas said. "It had a really cool, loose vibe, with us playing covers of some of our favorite songs, and inviting our friends to come up and play with us. We were just having a good time with our fans, and thanking them for what an amazing year this has been. We didn't get to hit Nashville on our tour this summer, so we decided to come and play there."

"We like to play shows when it's just solely about the music," Nick Jonas said. "Being able to get up there and just have fun with our band — that means the world to us. Touring with big productions is always so much fun, but when we get to break it down to a real intimate vibe with the people that are there, that's always a great time."

The brothers last visited Nashville in 2007, opening for Miley Cyrus at Sommet Center. They headlined previous concerts in Nashville, but that was before smash successes like Camp Rock and their third album, A Little Bit Longer, made them one of the biggest pop acts in the world.

The brothers hope to have some special guests join them at the show, but won't divulge any more.

"We like to keep surprises surprises, if you will," Nick said, "but I think some people might be joining us."

The brothers say Nashville's an ideal fit for a concert that's all about the music.

"Nashville's such a great music city, and we haven't been there in a long time," Joe said. "We wanted to do something special for all our Nashville fans that have been waiting for us to come back. Any chance we get to play our music and have a good time with friends and fans is something we always want to do."

Jonas Brothers to perform at New Years Eve Party in Times Square

Ryan Seacrest will be ringing in the new year as usual with Dick Clark and his Rockin' New Year's Eve celebration and the Jonas Brothers are set to perform in Times Square.

New Year's Eve would be nothing without Dick Clark, a jam-packed Times Square and a rockin' lineup of artists to entertain. We should all be thankful Clark has recovered from a stroke in 2004 and will appear once again on the show.

The 36th Annual Edition of "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" will be broadcast on December 31 on ABC. The special event will be starting at 10:00 p.m. (ET & PT) and will include three and a half hours of special performances and reports on New Year's celebrations from around the globe. The Hollywood segments will be hosted by Fergie. Kellie Pickler is Times Square Correspondent.

"New Year's Eve with Dick and Ryan is a time honored tradition and all of us at Dick Clark Productions and ABC are delighted that Fergie will once again host our West Coast event, and thrilled that Kellie Pickler will be amidst the revelry and party goers at Times Square," said Orly Adelson, president of dick clark productions.
